gentle warm up, 30-minute aerobic workout, strength-training segment, and stretching. We teach high AND low impact moves making it an effective workout for ALL ages and fitness

Wear comfortable workout clothes and aerobics or cross-training sneakers. All you need to bring is your positive energy and a water bottle to stay hydrated! There is also water in the vending machines. We provide weights & mats, or feel free to bring your own. Lockers are free to use, but you must bring your own lock. We also have locks & mats for sale. Get ready to have the funnest workout of your life!

Michelle Negrelli is a
certified
Jazzercise
instructor and franchise owner who taught in
Fairfax and Alexandria before opening classes in
Chantilly. She brings her love of dance and
performance into her classes. Her teaching style
is
motivational, supportive, and high-energy. She
emphasizes safe cardio and strength-training
techniques while keeping it fun, fun,
FUN! A lifelong
resident of Fairfax County, Michelle studied at
the Thomas Jefferson High School for Science &
Technology and Virginia Tech. She is also a
commercial/industrial actress, voice over artist,
and wedding vocalist.
Danielle Connolly has been a certified Jazzercise Instructor for 10 years. She teaches Step and Junior Jazzercise in McLean, and is excited to begin teaching Jazzercise in Chantilly. She lives in Centreville with her husband and 2 daughters, ages 6 and 8. She works part-time as manager of a skin care salon in McLean. A lifelong Fairfax County resident, she attended Fairfax High School and George Mason University. Danielle just loves teaching Jazzercise! It is a great way to stay fit, healthy and have fun.
